PREORDER POLICY:

*WE CAN NOT ALTER YOUR ORDER IN ANY WAY ONCE IT IS PLACED, including but not limited to: sizing, quantities purchased, discount codes that were forgotten, custom wording (example: smocking and monogramming), etc.

*We can not refund your order once it is placed.

*Orders are only eligible for replacement or store credit IF there is a manufacturer defect.

*IF YOU COMBINE pre-order items with RTS (ready to ship) or other pre-order items with a different turnaround time, your order will not be processed until ALL items are ready to be shipped.
