PREORDER POLICY:

*WE CAN NOT ALTER YOUR ORDER IN ANY WAY ONCE IT IS PLACED, including but not limited to: sizing, quantities purchased, discount codes that were forgotten, custom wording (example: smocking and monogramming), etc.

*We can not refund your order once it is placed.

*Orders are only eligible for replacement or store credit IF there is a manufacture defect.

*IF YOU COMBINE pre-order items with RTS (ready to ship) items, your order will not be processed until ALL items are ready to be shipped. If you want RTS items sooner, please order those separately.
